This is a powerful show on the recent tornado in Nashville with Robbie Jones (find him on Facebook). The Music City is always close to my heart and was my home for over 20 years. There is no place like it for me, so my heart told me to jump in here and try to bring awareness to this tragedy. Robbie Jones was generous enough to come on and share a little of his time even after his place of business in East Nashville was destroyed. He is both powerful and emotional here.
So let’s band together and support the beautiful relief efforts underway. Here are a couple of ways to make a difference.
- Community Foundation Emergency Response Fund
- The Nashvillian Tornado Resource Information
- Volunteer in Davidson County to help survivors with Hands on Nashville, +1 615-298-1108 or www.hon.org
- Airbnb is providing no-cost accommodations to Tennessee storm and tornado survivors: www.airbnb.com/tntornado20
