Miss Charlotte Miller is an epic force of love and kindness who shares her gifts through her culinary talents as the chef and owner, affectionately named Mama Blanche after her paternal great-grandmother. Miller is a classically trained Fine Dining Chef. Having traveled and cooked around the world learning food cultures, she brings an authenticity and respect to her plates. A Nashville native, Miller came home to open her own place and honor the dignity of all parts of her community. She has also opened up a wonderful place on historic Jefferson Street called Ya Ya’s.
Charlotte has cooked for some of the biggest celebrities of our time: Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, Lionel Richie, Jennifer Lopez, and Tom Petty. Likewise, her resume includes some of the best hotels in the world: Little Palm Island, Hawks Cay, and Hermitage Hotel- a Five Star, Five Diamond, and James Beard nominated property.
Her love of people and bringing unexpected excellence to her customers quickly turns guests to friends.
