This is a beautiful conversation with author and professional relationship coach Jennifer J. Hayes (find her on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram!). We talk deeply about what has been unfolding in America the past few weeks and beyond. Her feeling as an African-American woman in America, having a son and keeping him safe, and our hopes about a brighter future.
